When you place a order thru the website and it comes thru I then send out a confirmation email and my mailing address for you to send the horsehair.  If you need to send check then please email treasuredtails@gmail.com and let me know what you are wanting to order, I will total your order and send you my mailing address.

I do not list my address on the website for safety reasons.

How long it takes to complete my order ??
Usually from 2-4 weeks as  I am only one person so the time frame can also be affected by the number of orders I am currently working on, unexpected things in my life and being a mom of 2 special needs children :) .
I take pride in the treasured pieces that I create for you from your horses so will never push or rush  to get done early if I can't do it to the quality that I take pride in.  I do not work when I am over tired, stressed or can not focus after a difficult hard day with my son especially.
I will not turn out substandard work, just to get done.
There are times that my timeframe can be 6-8 weeks
 I will always let you know if there is a delay.
